The responsibilities of this role will include:

• PC builds (Windows imaging experience)
• PC build acceptance (follow quality checklist)
• iOS updates
• Working to lead blue collar workers through device changes & updates

You will have the following skills and experience:

• High level of computer skills
• High level written and verbal communication skills
• Must have knowledge of SCCM & iOS
