I am an operations and maintenance executive, with a deep understanding of operations, maintenance and risk management of major infrastructure (motorways/roads), including all assets and facilities. I am a successful leader and developer of managers and their teams, and have led key projects to improve systems and processes, and restructured to deliver productive, sustainable improvements, without compromising revenue (~$300m pa). I have effectively implemented changes to address safety and the environment risks for employees and other stakeholders.
